Going through old stuff and found this. Measures 1cm.Platteville formation(?),  WI. Any ideas?

That looks like a good match, and I learned of a new trilo genus yay! 

We'll see what Scott has to say.

Possibly closer to Calyptaulax plattevillensis, on account of Sceptaspis having a more inflated glabella at L1 and L2 where they are fused laterally...But I’ll need to double check my sources.
