Need help identifying fossils obtained from Whitby (UK)

I found these two fossils whilst searching in Whitby a few days ago and could do with some help identifying them. 
 

I’m not sure if one appears to be sections of an ammonite and I have no idea about the other.

First is ammonite, probably dactylioceras

Need better pictures of the second item to see if it’s fossil or not. Try natural light

I agree on both counts - the second could be some sort of shell material with a sediment infill but I can't get a sense of its shape..
