Pretty wild articulated specimen shown in the article link above. Looking at the paper, the actual finds from Argentina are much more meager--just a partial maxilla. Nice to extend the range of this "bulldog fish".

 

Xiphactinus was an incredibly scary creature from the Cretaceous and another great example of why SCUBA would not have caught on back then. :P
