For one thing, the rows of knobs or tubercules are much more pronounced on Myophorella than on Trigonia. The shells of the genus Trigonia are usually more or less triangular in shape, almost as high as long.Those of the genus Myophorella are characterized by a markedly elongated siphonal part, markedly convex anterior margin, and dissymmetric triangular outline. 1 Greetings from the Lake of Constance.
