This is first and only one of these i have ever found only thing i found in my books remotely like it is conularia? It seems like a small one? Very gold/pyrite in colour.

I'd use a pin vise and a needle to begin removing some matrix, if you want.

 

BTW, in the future, location of the find is always helpful in IDs.  In this case, it's obvious; but not always.

They laid new gravel in our parking lot at work i found all this in 15min. I do know the pit it came from though.
