Reptile leg bone ID

Need help ID’ing this leg bone. Is it a crocodile or turtle? I’m thinking right Humerus. Thank you for all your help

It looks more like a turtle coracoid bone.

Here is why I thought of Humerus. Here is a turtle humerus, and with my fossil you can envision a head where the large piece is missing and you can see a hole where bone marrow would have been. Just an observation.
