Dear all,

I just want to ask you if this is a Physogaleus contortus tooth? Size is about 1,5 x 1,9 cm. It has clearly twisted (contorted) crown. For more details which may be useful for an ID, please see the gallery. Age: lower miocene (eggenburg). Found in southern Slovakia.

Thank you in advance

Gabriel
