Fossil horse(?) tooth?

not horse, maybe bison.    I tend to think it fossilized but you could test on the internal dentin with a hot needle to see if it smells like burning hair.  If it is fossilized you will not hurt it.

I'm not sure what it is exactly, but I agree with the above in that it doesn't look like horse. However, to me it seems fossilized.

It's definitely bovid, but I don't think it's a domestic cow.  I say that because of the vertical striations in the enamel, which is a character of bison teeth with which I am familiar.  I am not familiar with European bovids.

Could be Bos primigenius or Bison schoetensacki?
