Thoughts on this Anzu claw?

Is the ID on this claw correct? It's labeled as a foot claw belonging to Anzu wyliei.

 

Edit: It's about 2" long and is from the Hell Creek Formation, Montana.

All I know beyond what I listed above is that it was found in Powder River County. Does it look like a good quality claw to you? I know dinosaur claws are one of your focuses.

That's what is always needed, county, from material from Montana.  Yes its a juvie claw looks fine.  No red flags just a little worn.

Yes.  Quite a few years ago the BHI was selling 4" replicas of these as Trex hand claws.  I bought one, had a engraved plack.
