Hi guys i have these brule fm jaws from sioux county, Nebraska and i was wondering if anyone could confirm if the Id's i have for them are correct, thanks:)

 

1.leptomeryx spp. would a species level be possible?

Your first photo has an Oreodont Jaw section to the left and I think a Leptomeryx or Poebrotherium jaw section to the right. Your second photo might be Poebrotherium, but it also kinda looks like a carnivore, like Hysperocoyon. I'm not quite sure...some other members should be able to help with your second photo.

I think you've got them correct on the genera, except for the possible oreodont.  A small one.  Camel premolars, not carnivore on the second set of pix.

thanks@fossillarry    @FossilsandScience  @jpc'     so is it possible to get them to a species or are they too fragmentary. at the moment the labels i have are (feel free to correct as im noot sure whos answers to go with:)

leptomeryx spp. (or maybe oreodont)                                  Hypertragulus spp.

                                       Proebrotherium spp.
