The ischium appearing to be attached to the posterior end of the ilium is what did it for me 

 

The other aspect of this (and I say this as a non expert in lithology) is the choice of rock. It reminds me more of Yixian/Liaoning Chinese specimens or Green River/Solnhofen stuff; I don’t think I’ve ever seen a LK dinosaur from North America preserved like this.
