I'm concerned that the back end was added to a tip.  Look at how abruptly the blood groove ends in this image.

Pulled out my 3X reading glasses and looked carefully and you are correct Frank. :) There is restoration on the end. Can we still make a guess at the identification?

I cant tell whether this is just WAY overcoated with a consolidate, or whether its a resin cast.  Even if its composited, it could still be a recreation. But thats just looking at an image online which can be difficult.
