Egg? Armor plate? Cranial? 

It was found in the general area near hadrosaur, cerotopsian, theropod, marine vertebrates...

I have no clue... its half a sphere. I think its bone. While cleaning it, some light damage indicated it was bone. Porous.

Yes actually it is heavy. Maybe it is just a concretion. It does kind of have that sea floor look.
