Although the form of this stone does outwardly slightly resemble a partial crocodile jaw, I would suggest to you that it is rather a thick layer of mineral, probaly calcite with a druse in the middle. Not a fossil.

Yeah, not any type animal fossil. Definitely not a crocodile.

 

I agree that it looks like a mineral deposit.
