Hyphalosaurus lingyuanensis

Hi! Is this hyphalosaurus real? Photos from the seller:

These fossils always give me pause. 
While this one looks better than many of them out there, there are still some questionable things to me.

No real close ups. Can't tell if there are actual bones or not. 

 

The head - eye orbits are different sizes. Could be due to crushing, or preservation, but seems weird to me. 

The snout also looks funny - restored? 

 

 

Ribs - different numbers on either side. Could be bad prep/disarticulation. Could be poor construction. 

13 on top. 

12 on bottom.
