Finally getting around to posting about my recent trip to Stratford Cliffs in Virginia with the Maryland Natural History Society. It was a lot of fun, found some cool stuff, and met some nice people.

 

Here are pictures of some of the finds I took home!

One of the other fossil hunters let me have some great pecten fossils they had dug out, and I found a little surprise in one while cleaning them!

I was told they were both makos. I don't think anyone found a meg that day (Though not for lack of scouring haha)

No serrations, though.
