I hve a Chicago Pneumatic Air Scribe # CP-9361 from Ebay for about 75.00

Then orderd a Front end with short bushing and 2" point or

engraving stylus for $212.00.

for detail work which would be best me 100 or Aro. I'm new and thinking about cp9361 but see its more for bulk not details

You don't want to use a CP9361 for detail work unless you buy a new stylus and bushing from Paleo Tools. The stock stylus is too blunt and short.

 

The Aro is best for detail and in my opinion is the best choice for a starter scribe as it can be had for about 1/3 the cost of a new CP9361.
