I found this in Gainesville, Fl if anyone can help me identify the tooth that would be great.

It is a sharktooth, but a very water worn tooth. Trying to ID it to species would be pure speculation.

Agreed. It is a shark tooth. Too much wear to venture a species ID.

Agreed but a complete guess would be a tip of a megalodon but like everyone else said, its too worn to get an ID

Agree that it is something else than Meg and Hemi is as good a guess as any...  Tiny Megs just do not look like this...

I know I was just thinking of a tip of a larger one but that's just based on color and overall shape.
