Juvenile allosaurus tooth?

Hey guys,

I received this Allosaurus tooth from the Morrisson formation in Wyoming USA.

It is tiny (13mm).

I was wondering if it was from a Juvenile specimen or just a small adult tooth?

Is there any way of telling?
Thanks for your help.

Regards.

Hard to say.  Most likely a juvie given its size but since the crown is pristine with no wear facet or wear to the denticles it could be a unerupted tooth of an older animal.   Cool tooth
