Jberttt
Can anyone please help me in identifying this tooth? I’m leaning towards an extinct sub species of the great white however I cannot be sure.. any input would be greatly appreciated

grandpa
Hello and welcome to TFF from Austin, Tx. While your find is certainly shark tooth shaped, it is not a tooth but rather a piece of bone with a suggestive shape. I can't give you much info on the bone as it seems pretty worn with no clues as to ID left that I can see. But I'm not expert in this field, perhaps some of our experts can ID it. Let's see what others say.
