My recent Isotelus find is now prepped...

Note: This is a follow-up post to my original post of about a week ago.  I found this trilobite fossil near Eganville, Ontario, Canada.  When I first picked it up, I thought it was broken but then I noticed that it was just slightly rolled and the pygidium was curved downwards.  I have already posted a couple of pics of this Isotelus as found, but now that I have had it prepped (thank you Malcolm), it looks even better so I thought I would share.

Here is another pic, head on.  I think it is a bit creepy, when it is looking right at you...  ;)

Wait until you all see this guy's big brother...  It has been prepped and is on its way back to me now, so once I take some decent pics with a ruler in the pic, I will post everything here.  Big brother is MUCH larger than the one pictured here, even though the total length of this guy is about 4 1/2 inches long in total (if fully prone)

 Very nice, and great prep by one of our master preppers @Malcolmt ! (shhh... don’t tell him I said that. Wouldn’t want it or go to his head! :TongueOut:)

Always a pleasant time when Kermit arrives :P

We appreciate the great effort Kermit puts into spreading cheer on the forum, after all, it's not easy being green ;)
