This was found at Calvert Cliffs in Maryland. I’m not sure if it’s a super worn down tooth or something else.

It looks like you have a deer phalange (see pics below). Clearer, well-lit pictures from multiple angles would help the ID process a bit.

Yep, as the others have stated this is a deer (most likely modern) hoof core. Distal phalange.
