Psittacosaurus vertebrae?

Is it possible that these are Psittacosaurus vertebrae?  The seller gives poor locality with only saying it’s from Mongolia and they are around 1.5 cm for the largest one.  Thank you! @Troodon @LordTrilobite

Don’t Mongolian fossils all belong to the state? Or something along those lines

Here is what they look like.  So there is a resemblance but I cannot say unequivocally they are all Psittacosaurus.  Other small animals may have similar looking centrums
