Dinosaur fossil from China?

Any idea what is this? Dinosaur, reptile or primitive amphibian?  It was found in Jiangxi, of Cretaceous formation.  It measures about 40cm.

It's definitely a type of diapsid reptile. I'm thinking something like a lizard.

Yep here is a lizard skull you can compare against 

Tianyusaurus sp. from the Jiangxi Province, 

Nanxiong Formation.

Yes, very rough prep job that ruined the fossil.  They used electric drills and stainless steel brush to prep it:DOH:
