Top Trilo
Decided I’d add something, a section of an Irish elk jaw. 9 “If fossils are not "boggling" your mind then you are simply not doing it right” -Ken (digit) "No fossil is garbage, it´s just not completely preserved” -Franz (FranzBernhard) "With hammer in hand, the open horizon of time, and dear friends by my side, what can we not accomplish together?" -Kane (Kane) "We are in a way conquering time, reuniting members of a long lost family" -Quincy (Opabinia Blues) "I loved reading the trip reports, I loved the sharing, I loved the educational aspect, I loved the humor. Pagurus
Interesting thread, thanks. Here's a tiny 4 mm Anole jaw I found in some micro matrix from Merritt Island, Indian River, Florida. Melbourne bone bed, Late Pleistocene. I posted this in another thread a few years ago. 6 Start the day with a smile and get it over with.

Sadly, all of my teeth are individual specimens and I have nothing associated, but I didn’t know until right now just how much I want to have an associated ray plate like this. They are very hard to find unless you are looking in deposits that were deposited in calm environments. this specimen actually came from the palate bed of the wittering formation, know for its high proportion of them but still, you will find hundreds of single bars before you find a nice one so i treasure this one, good luck in finding one

Randyw
So many great sections and teeth! I’m hesitant to post mine but here are a couple of mine. Some messohippus Jaw sections that I prepped out (there was a sm section of skull with them) and and a jaw section from what I was told was a three toed horse but I’ve never got around to identifying yet. I also have some Permian jaw fragments that I haven’t been able to get good pictures of yet...
