Tidgy's Dad
From this angle it looks like three pieces of eroded limestone. Life's Good! Tortoise Friend.
dhiggi
Could you show more angles, especially any features that make you think it could be a fossil. I’m struggling to see anything but you were definitely looking in the right place

TqB
If they're part of the same piece, it looks like a typical fractured concretion. You get a lot like that from there, mostly but not always without any obvious fossils inside. 2 Tarquin

Fossildude19
I'm getting a concretion vibe on this one. 2 Tim - VETERAN SHALE SPLITTER VFOTM --- APRIL - 2015 __________________________________________________ "In every walk with nature one receives far more than he seeks." PeterLloyd
Hi Tim Well that's a bet lost with my then young boys, i dug it out the cliff face stuck in mud and thought it was a fossil. I've clicked on concretion and yep sounds right, it just looked like bone to me the 3 bits matched and a crusty surround. Thanks very much
