Troodon
It all starts with a proper identification. Do you have a provenance on this tooth : Formation, State and County Found Denticles awfully small for Trex
Troodon
The photos are not adequate to see all the areas in bright light to make a proper determination if any repairs/restoration that has been done. Typically on an expensive tooth like this it would be wise to put a UV light on it, that's what I would recommend. Photos can only go so far since the work I've seen from top preparers it would be very difficult to see restoration. This area is suspect when you see a change in the shape of the denticles from outside to inside the red circle. Tried blowing up the area but turns blurry.

Praefectus
I remember this tooth. Are you the one that bought it? The middle section (purple from your photos) is restored. Just in general, I recommend caution whenever there is a color change in the middle of the tooth. Here is another pic (below).
Troodon
Locality is correct. If you know where the resto was not sure why the initial question. I still recommend using UV light to determine if any additional work was done.
