Eggshape what fossil is this

Hello guys i just want to ask what fossil is this,found in philippines mindoro,this is a place who found lots of ammonites.

Look like pieces of haematite to me. Some appear to have been tumbled.

Suppose that one in the lower left might be an ammonite mold in haematite ?

@lovefossil Maybe a picture of that particular specimen would help confirm or deny.

I agree with hematite or ironstone concretions.

Similar (but not exactly)  to "moqui marbles". (iron oxide and sandstone)
