I found this nasty looking fossil in October 2020 and it appears to be the remains of some poor animal.   What in the world is this??33CA1F63-6C67-422A-AD49-F8AA05829F76.thumb.jpeg.3c74bfbee7beedbddf7f1d01e3d0f1c0.jpeg

Pictures of all six sides would be helpful.

My first impression is a disarticulated orthocone cephalopod.

The holes in the items possibly the siphuncle.

Some species had siphuncles that were off center, and closer to the edges of the camerae.

Hard to tell, but possibly crinoid bits and pieces of broken brachiopods.

Just as in real estate, location is everything in fossils, so please do tell us where this was found (perhaps county-level) so that geologic context may assist in better identifying the piece.
