NSR Fossil Bone Identification

Hey Everyone, 

 

Went to NSR today. Had some good luck. Nice couple of calcite covered specimens. This bone has me stumped. I believe it was larger at one time as it appears broken. One of the larger bone pieces I have found that is not a vert. Two groups of pics due to size. Any ideas?

Hard to make sense of it, but, based on the last three photographs, I'd say it looks like one end is an articulation surface, with the other end having broken off. Considering the size and how flat the bone is, I'd say this is a good candidate for a paddle bone from a marine reptile, either a plesiosaur or mosasaur. What seems a bit strange, though, is that in the photograph above there seems to be a bit of bone stuck to the right side of the fossil, that I wouldn't expect in an otherwise tapering paddle bone. But may be it could be that this is a mosasaur radius, as in certain species these have a flaring edge on the outside of the manus (below images for comparison are of Prognothodon spp.):
