What is it?

Your first item is a section of crinoid stem. 

The second object may be part of an orthocone cephalopod, but more views of all the other sides would be needed to be sure.

The second one looks too irregularly banded to me. I doubt it is a fossil.

Could not the second one be a part of a trilobite? That was my first gut feeling (you know, the sheep in the clouds...).

Yeah, that was also the first thing that came to my mind when I saw it, to be honest. But then I had a better look, and now I don't know what to make if it. Additional photographs would certainly help...

 

But I confirm identification of the first piece as a bit of crinoid-stem. That'd be sea lily in layman's terms (and is an animal, not a plant)...
