You have a Portion of a discus-shaped ammonite which was broken out of the so-called Phragmocone showing one of the septal chambers. Here is a view of one from my collection which illustrates how it looks when the ammonite is complete. The only difference to yours is that the chamber is not filled with sediment, but rather calcite crystals. And here is a view of the ammonite from above. 9 Greetings from the Lake of Constance.
