Chris Anderson
I found this on Myrtle Beach SC today with my wife. We have found some amazing finds and a handful of unidentified ones. We would greatly appreciate any help identifying them. Edited January 8, 2021 by Chris Anderson
fossilnut
Picture not focused but I have hunted @ NMB for a number of years. It looks like a internal cast of a clam Cucullea. Sometimes the tides will bring in numbers of them. For some unknown reason locals call them turtle heads which they definitely are not. Looks like a fairly decent one. Frequently only find pieces. NMB has many different ages and kinds of fossils. Have Fun
