Caudipteryx from Liaoning, China

The specimen below is said to be a Caudipteryx, not sure if it's a C. zoui or C. dongi.  Is it a genuine one? Or a very good replica?

This is probably not the answer you want but I will give my input

 

1) It doesn't look like an outright fake to me. The matrix at least is real. However, it could still be a well-done fake

 

2) The pictures are far too blurry

 

3) The skull doesn't look like Caudipteryx. See picture below for comparison of Caudipteryx skulls to yours. The teeth and mandible are completely different

I agree the paper that describes this species describes it as having only long hooked premaxillary teeth and no maxillary and dentary teeth
