Petrified wood in this conglomerate?

I cannot tell by the photograph regarding this particular specimen. It could also be a peculiar iron concretion.

 

That said, conceptually, it is possible, as a conglomerate is a sedimentary rock.  I have found plant remains including petrified wood in conglomerates in southeast PA/northern DE/southern NJ
