Anyone tried out BLM's RAPTOR online permit system yet?

Was curious if anyone has used the Bureau of Land Management's new RAPTOR online permitting system.

 

Doesn't seem to be working too well for me.

I'm guessing they're still hammering it out. They have home pages linked for Paleontology, Scientific Research, and Special Recreation permits but only the Special Recreation permit link works.

 

They list the Paleontology page in the other links at the bottom of the page too but even the direct link isn't currently working.

Yeah, I figured as much. When it’s up and running it is going to make both my job and my hobbies so much simpler. No more side trips to get permits!
