Hi there, Welcome to the forum .. these look like facial bones from a bony fish. Not sure which, but here is an image showing the location on the face/cranium. For comparison this is a tuna: Cheers, Brett Edit: I always have a hard time distinguishing between the Operculum and preoperculum. I'd gander it's probably a preoperculum from an unknown fish. Maybe someone from that area can pinpoint the fish. The lighter one you have (lighter in color) may be modern btw. I believe this example below is from the Tilapia family.
