It doesn't appear to be a fossil, I'd say quartz or something along those lines

it appears to be fossil egg with crystalized something inside but im  just guessing at it but interesting none the less

I think what is crystallized here is actually the more concentrated mineral(s?) that cemented the form of the egg shape. A concretion is what I believe this to be.

It is possible that the inclusions are fossils of some sort, but I can't actually identify them as such.

I believe Columbia is in the crystaline belt of the piedmont or close to it. I'd google up a geology map of South Carolina to see what you're looking at.
