Odd Lance fm. Vertebra

I found this odd vertebra in Wyoming's Lance fm. over the summer. I was told by a guide that it may be a turtle cervical vertebra, but I wanted to see what other forum members thought. It's about 1.5 cm long and around 1.3 cm in width.

I think it's not a vertebra but a wrist bone, maybe croc

Agree don't believe its a vertebra, cervical are not flat.  I would lean toward carpal.

Interesting, thanks for you input! I wasn't sure about it being a vert because it lacked any clear neural canal or areas where processes would attach.
