Is this bird bone fossil or not?

I have a hard time telling if bones are fossils unless they are stone or fresh enough to scrape easily. Any help would be appreciated in learning this. Didn't take pic of end but it's hollow.

@Harry Pristis is right, this is a mammalian ulna. This can be discerned by the olecranon process (the thing on the right end in the 3rd picture). That is the point of articulation that makes up the elbow

Definitely an ulna but I think it is much too slender to be a badger.  In looking at various ulnae in Mammalian Osteology by B. Miles Gilbert, it looks to be feline, probably something like a bobcat based on the slender straight shape, squared off end (right side in pics below) and shape of groove along the side.
