Bay Point Formation Bivalve #2

Thecosmilia Trichitoma

Recommended Posts

I found this small bivalve in the Bay Point Formation exposed in Point Loma in San Diego, CA. These were very plentiful, and I also found many extremely tiny ones when searching through micro matrix from the site. The Scale is in Centimeters.IMG_0377.thumb.jpeg.bdf763b959d09ebd0f1ac342b07cacb4.jpeg
