Restored Indonesian megs?

Those dark lines sure look odd and the cusps nice and Pointy make me wonder.  I’m assuming they’re heavily restored, but was curious about your thoughts.

Those dark lines are filled up hydration cracks - different mineralization than the enamel... Some erosion to the roots, but typical. Patterns will fade a bit, but imho these 2 teeth won't change much color after drying. Keep in mind, that photos were probably done with phone's flash ON. Always ask for better photos in natural light, without flash or enhancements.
