Giant 500 mm ammonite México

Hi guys,

 

Could Any one help to ID this ammonite? It Is from Baja California, México. It measure 500 x 450 mm. It weights over 60 Kg.

 

I bought it, so i have no More data than the state, sorry...

I agree with Pachydiscus, likely P. catarinae from the Rosario Formation as has been suggested.  Nice fossil!  You are lucky to have acquired this, as exporting fossils from Mexico is now forbidden.  I assume yours is from an old collection.

Just important to note that Mexico does not permit the export of fossils from anywhere in the country.
