KT curious
This specimen was discovered by my grandfather over 30 years ago in the coal mines of north-western Alabama. This area sits on the black warrior sedimentary deposit and is well known as a hot spot for Pennsylvanian age plant fossils. ~18 inches in length . Fossildude19
Welcome to the Forum. Unfortunately, your pictures are not showing for me. Please post them directly to the Forum. Also, as Rockwood stated, we do not do appraisals here, as appraising from photographs is not possible. In hand examination is necessary to provide a reasonable appraisal. It is therefore, against Forum rules. Search online auction sites for similar pieces, to get an idea of monetary value. Good luck. 1 Tim - VETERAN SHALE SPLITTER VFOTM --- APRIL - 2015 __________________________________________________ "In every walk with nature one receives far more than he seeks."
