I dont believe there are enough features in this centrum to identify it as Theropod

Thanks for taking a look. Is this likely another Marine one misidentified? It seems 99% of Abingdon fossils are marine and dinosaurs are exceedingly rare. Although, this one lacks the holes that are common with plesiosaur. It doesn't look like other pliosaur, plesiosaur and ichythyosaur fossils I see (to my eyes), so I'm wondering if this could be a crocodile.
