Nimravis
When I got home from work today one of my neighbors called and asked me to come over to his house, when I arrived I saw that he had 3 large containers of fossils, rocks, etc. He reminded me that several years ago I gave 2 of his kids some fossils and that they recently went through them and kept what they wanted and asked me if I wanted the others back, of course I said yes. I cannot tell you what they kept, but I think there were a couple Oreodont upper skulls and probably a couple other cool pieces. Here is the stuff I brought back home. Most of the trilobites I believe are from Utah. I know the first large one is from Morocco and another is from Canada. If you know of any of the ID’s and you want to mention it, please feel free to do it. There were a lot of Mazon Creek fossils and a couple unopened concretions. Here are other pieces of Mazon Creek fossils. Here is a large Jurassic ripple mark plate from outside of Sundance, Wyoming. Here is a not very good example of Knightia fish from Wyoming. Mosasaur vertebrae- Dinosaur Bone- Belemites- Continued on next post.

Flexicalymene ouzregui Elrathia kingii, I think. I really can't understand why people would not want to keep these. Even if you have no interest,, which is beyond me, wouldn't you keep them for your future children? I've added ids above the photos that I've included above. 1 Life's Good! Tortoise Friend. Yes, the top brachiopod is Paraspirifer bowknockeri, I think, and the bottom one of the three in the group shot is Pseudoatrypa devoniana. 1 Life's Good! Tortoise Friend. Adam, the kids that I gave them too are 20 and 21. Their mom was cleaning out the basement and when they came home from College on Friday she asked them what they wanted to keep. I did not ask what fossils they kept, but I know there was 2 Oreodont upper skulls with beautiful teeth. I do not know what the other items were. I gave a lot more fossils to a friends young granddaughter, I wonder if she will get tired of them. I know I gave her a few Brazilian fish and a ton of other things. At the time I gave her them I did not know about the Fossil Forum and I was mainly concentrating on Mazon Creek and White River mammals. I know I gave her a lot of cool things, I had my whole trunk full.

Fossilis Willis
I wish I had a neighbor like you! Actually I have to give my neighbor some credit. Every autumn he graciously "gives back" all of the leaves that have fallen from my tree into his yard by firing up the leaf blower at an ungodly hour and blowing them over the fence.
