Found outside of Yachats, Oregon , couple miles south, laying bottom up , half way down buried inside of a tidepool .

I think it is a whale sternum. Cool!

Possibly minke or related.

Whoa, this indeed a baleen whale sternum! I saw the above comment and had my doubts... but that's definitely one! Probably a balaenopterid whale based on the cruciform shape, though I confess I can't remember what a gray whale sternum looks like.

 

Actually, gray whale could be a possibility:
