Another saber skull

Without being able to get hands on with a light or up close inspection - does anyone see any red flags here?  Seems legit to me - but it’s a potential big purchase so I wanted to hear some thoughts.  Always dreamed of picking up a saber skull one day.  ~35cm in length.

Doesn't look right to me. I say run away far and fast.

I can only speak to saber remains found in a cave environment, which protects the fossil material from freeze/thaw and other destructive processes, but it doesn't look right to me. The fracturing of the canines looks wrong and doesn't even look like enamel. Here is a photo of the canine we found, part of the Illinois State Museum collection now. Better photos are needed, but the mandible looks completely fake with added teeth, canines found in China can have those type of fractures and the color is pretty common. Unfortunately without a close inspection it's really hard to determine what's fake and what's not, aske the seller for photos taken with sun light

For what it's worth, while I'm not an expert, I've seen a number of these skulls up close and personal... and the one you've posted images of here does not look correct to me... I'd avoid.

I definitely concur with Caverat! I've seen several authentics...this one differs completely! Tread carefully!!

This composite has been making the rounds for a while. I seem to remember it showing up on here a few months back.
