BellamyBlake
I have here a 3.3" Vertebra from the Kem Kem of Morocco, identified as Carcharodontosaurid. Before I buy it, I'd like to know how accurate that identification might be. I know how tricky verts can be to narrow down. I'm suspicious for that reason. Thank you, Bellamy

Crankyjob21
@BellamyBlake judging on where it was found in the Kem kem, and how @Troodon pointed it out being not of dinosaur origin, i’m guessing it could be a croc vert, or a fish vert Edited March 20, 2021 by Crankyjob21
PaleoNoel
Could it possibly belong to a polycotylid plesiosaur? I've heard they've been found in the Kem Kem.

LordTrilobite
I saw this one online as well. Like Troodon said, it doesn't look dinosaurian. But I do think this is from the Kem Kem beds. The small bits of matrix look consistent with the colouration of Kem Kem. It doesn't look like the typical phosphate beds.
