Carcharodontosaurus teeth - serrations

Recommended Posts

Hey all,

The serrations on this cacharodontosaurtooth seem to be fake. Am I correct?

Thank you for helping out!

The serrations look typical for a Carcharodontosaurid tooth if thats why your photos focus on them.  The base and tip of the tooth look very suspicious and may be restored.  Tip may be composited.  Need better photos of both sides, tip and base

Photos of the other side might be helpful.
